My Survey.

I created my survey on 'SurveyMonkey.com'. This allowed me to create a questionnaire that consisted of 10 questions. I was able to send out this link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NLC2HV7
so that people could participate in my survey to help me collect my results.
